Unless I use this battery on one of the more demanding tools, like the circular saw or belt sanders, this battery just goes on and on.
And I thought the 5.0AH battery was a good addition!
Talking of wow - the price.
They are not cheap.
All I can say is that I still have a bunch of the 1.3AH(?) packs that are in almost daily use in drivers, drills and jigsaws, that have been in almost constant use since 2013.
Still all working well.
(I provide tools for my employees who tend not treat them gently!)
One downside (other than the price) is that it can make lighter tools feel a little unbalanced, especially when working overhead or at arm's length.
The other is the possibility of damage due to dropping -
I've had at least four 4.0AH battery packs that have developed cracks around the base of the connection 'turret' where a tool has been dropped with the battery installed.
Time will tell if these are more robust that other larger packs.
Overall impression - a seriously useful energy source for the more thirsty tools.
My belt sander is now no longer just battery-swapping practice.
